We manage the full HOA architectural-review-board (ARB) submission process: prepare the application packet with material samples, manufacturer specs, color samples, and installer credentials; submit to your HOA management company (FirstService Residential, CAMS, AMG, RealManage, etc.); follow up on the typical 2-4 week review window; and address any ARB clarifications. You sign the install contract only after approval — no risk of locked-in pricing while waiting on review.
